We’re here to make your Kure Botanica experience simple and smooth — from our doorstep to yours. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how we ship, handle returns, and ensure you’re fully supported every step of the way.


🚚 Shipping Information

New Zealand Orders

  • Flat Rate: $3.95 NZ-wide.

  • Processing Time: Orders placed before 2PM NZT ship the same business day.

  • Delivery Time: 1–2 business days (rural deliveries may take longer).

  • Tracking: All orders come with tracking. You’ll receive an email as soon as your order ships.

International Orders

  • Shipping Fee: $30 NZD for tracked international courier.

  • Customs & Regulations: Please check your country’s import regulations before ordering. Kure Botanica cannot be held responsible for delays or issues at customs.

If your country restricts hemp-based products, we recommend checking with your local authorities before placing an order.


📦 Order Issues & Missing Items

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order is damaged, delayed, or doesn’t arrive, we’ve got your back. Simply email us at support@trykure.com with your order number and details — we’ll investigate and get things sorted quickly.

Please send a photo of what you received to support@trykure.com, and we’ll fix it right away.

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If you’re not happy with your Kure Botanica product, let us know within 30 days of your purchase. We’ll send you a free return shipping bag and issue a full refund once the product is returned.

To request a return:
Email support@trykure.com with your order number and reason for return.

Conditions for Return

  • Must be within 30 days of purchase.

  • Return must be initiated by the person who placed the order.

  • Product must have been purchased directly from kure.co.nz (we can’t accept retail store returns).

Retail Store Returns

If you purchased from one of our stockists, please return the product to the store where you bought it. Each retailer has their own returns policy.


💳 Refunds

Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

  • Paid via bank transfer? Please include your account number with your return.

  • Still waiting after 5 days? Check with your bank first, then contact us if needed.
