Cancels & Returns

Can I cancel my order?

Orders are processed quickly, so once submitted, they cannot be cancelled or changed.

Can I return an item(s) I'm not happy with?

Yes! If you're not satisfied, email us within 30 days at support@trykure.com. We'll send a free return postage bag. Once we receive your return, we'll process your refund.

Can I return an Item purchased at a retail location?

Please return retail purchases to the original place of purchase. We only accept returns for website orders.

What's the refund process?

Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of receiving your return. If you paid via bank deposit, include your bank details with your return.

I haven't received my refund yet, what should I do?

Double-check your account. Then contact your bank or card provider. Still no luck? Email support@trykure.com.

What Payment methods do you accept?

Visa, Mastercard, AfterPay, Zip, Laybuy, and bank deposit.

How much is shipping?

Within NZ: $3.95 flat rate.
International: $30 tracked courier (check local hemp laws before ordering).

When will my order arrive?

Orders placed before 2PM NZT ship the same day. Delivery usually takes 1–2 days within NZ.

How can I track my order?

Use your tracking number into our order tracker

My tracking says my order was delivered but I never received it.

Sometimes it arrives the next day. If not, contact support@trykure.com.

What if my package is damaged or missing?

We’ve got you. Contact us at support@trykure.com for help.

What if my order arrives missing an item(s)?

Email us a photo of what you received and we’ll send the missing items.

What can I expect in the first week?

With consistent use, many notice improved relaxation, sleep, or reduced skin irritation. For pain relief, results can be faster — or build over days.

I’m not seeing results — why?

Some people respond quickly, others take time. Stay consistent, apply generously, and give your body a chance to absorb the botanicals.

What if I have a skin reaction?

All ingredients are natural, but sensitive skin can react. Try a patch test. If irritation occurs, stop use and email us for guidance.

Can I use more than one Kure Botanica product?

Yes! Our balms and sprays are designed to work together. For example, use the Sleep Spray at night and Joint & Muscle Balm post-workout.

Should I stop medications while using your products?

No — always speak to your doctor before changing medications. Our products are natural topicals and support overall wellness, but aren’t a substitute for medical advice.

What’s the difference between hemp oil and hempseed oil?

We use hempseed oil for its nourishing fatty acids and topical benefits. Our balms also contain full-spectrum botanical hemp extract — a whole-plant infusion for skin healing, not ingestible cannabinoids.

Why isn’t my balm working immediately?

Topical relief can take a few consistent applications. Massage it in well and apply 2–3 times daily, especially for chronic concerns.

Will your products make me feel high?

No. Our topical balms use hemp infusions that are non-psychoactive and safe.

Are your products safe for faces and children?

Yes. Our Angry Skin Balm is gentle enough for faces, babies, and sensitive areas. Avoid broken skin or direct contact with eyes.

What if I have allergies?

Check the full ingredient list. If you’re allergic to beeswax, calendula, or any oils, please avoid or consult us first.
